DVD 3: pink – 3 x +/- 25 minutes mini workouts – The SA Callanetics Programme Mini Workouts (upper body / arms / abdominal muscles & waist / hips, buttocks & legs)

Consisting of 3 mini workouts of approx. 25 minutes each, ie: no 1: for upper body, ie: arms, shoulders, upper back and pectoral muscles, No 2: for waist and abdominal muscles, No 3: for the lower body, ie: buttocks, hips & legs. Each routine includes a warm up & stretch part. The basic techniques with preparatory exercises are printed on the inside cover. One of these workouts can be done in between the longer ones, or in between attending classes, gym or sports sessions, or to work problem zones in the body more intensely in between the longer workouts, or when time is short – 25 minutes is better than nothing!

DVD 4: yellow – 1 x 40 minute ball workout, 1 x 40 minute band workout – The SA Callanetics Programme:Balls & Bands

This DVD is an alternative for DVD 3 above – for the days when you are short of time, or very tired, or if you want to work on your problem zones more intensely.
